Very Nice May 14, 2024 Reviewer: Leanne from Australia   I got the septum eyelets in the smallest gauge they make (4 gauge) but my septum is at 7 gauge at the moment so haven't been able to use them yet. Love the quality and customization! January 27, 2024 Reviewer: Sal from United States   I love these! I got a 5mm wife 4g for my septum and 5mm 00g for my conches and they fit perfectly! The 5mm is the perfect width for the cartilage in both my nose and conches, and the microflares are just big enough to keep them in place, but not too big to fit them through.
