Glassware Studios was wonderful to work with regarding a pair of memorial plugs that I wanted. Sammi was extraordinarily responsive, very empathetic and worked with me to create a custom pair of plugs that I’m in love with, utilizing a gorgeously subtle new glass. Not only that, but they went out of their way to include additional pendants that used the remaining ashes and are absolutely beautiful. I’m a customer for life!
